arriving at best western miami early, i was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in well before the official time. the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating, ensuring i could quickly settle into my room. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the wifi worked perfectly. the hotel's proximity to both dolphin mall and miami international mall made it very convenient for shopping and exploring the area.

The breakfast variety and quality was excellent, with options like oatmeal, fruit, and delicious fritatta. The friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the hotel's strong WiFi and convenient parking were a plus. The location near Dolphin Mall and shopping areas made it easy to explore the area.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing too much trouble.
